NepSeq, nextGen miRNA contains result of analysis of thousands of Human RNAseq samples containing terrabase of sequences.

Thousands of human small RNAseq data containing trillions of bases are indexed aviatordreamliner.com using in-house unpublished NepSeq alogrithms to make downstream analysis extremely efficient and rapid.

The analysis of thousands of samples with expression values resulted in potential novel small RNAs, thousands of global small RNA variants (NepSeqVar), antisense RNAs (NepSeqAS), hundreds of novel motifs and probable interconnections of mi-RNA with different targets. Expression profile of miRNA resulted in finding the potency as Biomarkers for diagnosis, disease classification, prognosis, and response to treatment. In depth analysis and understanding of potential targets to understand disease condition and in developing potential therapy.

The results are not yet published as it may involve intellectual properties. We are hereby looking for partners who are able to validate some of the random results or are willing to finance the filing of intellectual property rights.
